Emergency Protocol
The platform MUST NOT be used for medical emergencies. Life-threatening conditions require immediate contact with emergency services or the nearest hospital.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the PUGA TRINICARE platform, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
We offer a digital health ecosystem including telemedicine, EMR access (PugaCure), and patient digital health services (PugaCare).
AI & Decision Support
AI systems integrated within the platform function as decision-support tools and do not replace medical professionals. All medical decisions must be confirmed by qualified practitioners via PugaAI and PugaData insights.
Governing Law
